    1. TNG uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a service provider within the terms of Art. 28 GDPR to supply website hosting and associated services, which may require access to the User's personal data.
    2. This website is delivered via the AWS Cloudfront service. This is a Content Delivery Network (CDN) that uses a variety of worldwide servers to ensure optimal site availability. Depending on the User's location, the server may be located outside the EU. The associated transfer of connection data takes place exclusively via the service provider AWS, which acts as a processor, and is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses according to Art. 46 2(c) GDPR.
  3. Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR acts as legal basis for the processing of the User's data, as TNG has a legitimate interest in the processing of this data, namely ensuring network, information security and reliable operation of our website, among others. TNG will retain the User’s personal data generated from accessing the website for a period of thirty (30) days after the time of access.
    1. Users within the scope of the GDPR have the right to access their personal data, to object to the processing of their personal data, to rectify, to erase, to restrict, to port their personal data, as well as to file a complaint with data protection authority if they believe that their data is being processed in violation of data protection law.
    2. Users within the scope of the Australian or New Zealand Privacy Act have the right to access and to rectify their personal data.
    3. Users from California have the right to access, erase and port their personal data under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
    4. Under no circumstances will TNG sell personal data.
